The Challenge

An engineering firm was running outdated on-premises infrastructure with no centralized device management. File sharing was fragmented across local servers and personal drives, and there was no standardized security baseline across employee devices.

Our Approach

We migrated the firm to Microsoft 365 with SharePoint for file storage and Teams for collaboration. Every device was enrolled in Microsoft Intune for centralized management, with security baselines, BitLocker encryption, and automated patching deployed across the fleet.

50+ devices enrolled and managed with zero downtime during migration. The firm now has centralized file access, consistent security policies, and automatic updates — eliminating the need for on-site server maintenance.
