Zero-Trust VPN in Two Weeks
The Challenge
A mid-sized law firm was running a legacy VPN with no multi-factor authentication. Remote access was a significant security risk, and the existing setup couldn’t scale to support hybrid work. Staff were frustrated with dropped connections and IT had no visibility into who was accessing what.
Our Approach
We replaced the legacy VPN with Microsoft Global Secure Access, integrated with Entra ID for identity-driven access. Conditional Access policies were configured to enforce MFA on every connection. We rolled it out location by location over two weeks, with hands-on training for every user.
The Results
100% MFA compliance across all three locations. Remote access issues dropped to near zero. The firm now has full visibility into access patterns and can enforce granular security policies per user and device.
